30 Days to Change Your Mind
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We just ask that the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- In a resellable condition
Returns that meet these conditions are eligible for a refund or exchange—your choice.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at info@naturawalk.net with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with simple return instructions and your return shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us at this time.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll also notify you by email once your refund is on its way.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic for all customers, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that show visible signs of wear or damage
- Any returns requested beyond the 30-day window
