Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to customers in Australia. Whether you're in the city or off the beaten path, we'll make sure your order finds its way to you—shipping is always free.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1–3 business days to process. After that, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on the move.
Is shipping really free?
Yes—100% free shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimums, no codes, no surprises.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email info@naturawalk.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process quickly and easily. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered at this time.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like to swap your pair for a different size or style, just let us know in your return request. We’ll do our best to make the switch seamless.
How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes are designed to fit naturally, with space for your toes to move freely. We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes, go with the larger size for the best barefoot feel.
Are your shoes unisex?
Most of our designs are unisex by nature—just select your size based on the chart provided. If a style is tailored more specifically to men’s or women’s sizing, we’ll make that clear on the product page.
